Notable Events & Links – On Going Timeline

*This page is updated with user comments on a daily basis. We review and add new links as we find them.

Traders have taken the bull by the horns and leave comments, ratings and broker reviews here on the BinaryOptionsBlacklist.com. In the past we relied more on keeping an ear to the binary trading communities, forums and social networks. We do today as well but today the traders come here to discuss their issues. We research the forums for the true complaints and shady doings in this wild west big money industry. We even found that sometimes the legit binary trading sites do things that you may or may not agree with. Virtually every binary trading site, at one point or another, has had an irate customer drop complaints across the web. As we stated earlier, our discernment of a disgruntled trader who lost his shirt making bad trades compared to a trader with a truly legitimate complaint can be sometimes harder to find. We have linked below the sources and info of all of the major binary options brokers.

Binary Options Brokers – Negative Complaints That Seem Legit

Trade At The Wrong Broker & You May As Well BURN Your Money!

Sometimes you’ll come across a binary options broker that you can’t help but “feel” is bad. You review it over and over and are unable to say “This is the #1 reason I don’t like them”. Nope instead you come up with a LIST of reasons you don’t wanna trade with them. THOSE binary options brokers made the list below:

  • TraderXP – (posted 5/9/11)
  • TraderXP – (posted 1/11/12) (yes, 2nd form of evidence) http://www.binaryoptionsthatsuck.com/review/traderxp-suck/
  • OptionBit -(posted 4/10/12) Price discrepancy is a big turnoff.
  • OptionBit – (posted 11/16/11) (yes, 2nd form of evidence) When did earning too much become a problem?

Binary Options with Unacceptable Withdrawal Times – “Show Me The Money”

Once you’ve found binary option brokers that you feel are reputable you begin to trade. Once you trade you may begin to win. And once you win you’ll expect to be able to withdraw your money from your account into your pocket. Well, the following list may make you think twice before using these brokers for your trades. The links will lead you into reviews of situations where traders were not able to withdraw their money when they wanted to. Should this automatically justify a binary options broker a position on the blacklisted list? Eh, maybe not but it should make you think twice before placing your money with them to trade.

  • Ikkotrader – (posted 2/23/12) This link details how a trader was told to trade for 30 consecutive days before making any withdrawals.
  • 4SqA.com – (posted 2/10/12) Well this is as basic – red flag – lay it out there as you’ll get as far as reading material on scam artists. Obviously this falls under the “unacceptable withdrawal time” policy. http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/public/review/4sqa.com
  • TradeRush – (posted 4/13/12) Withdraw process isn’t the best but then again – if it was it wouldn’t be on this list
  • Banc de Binary – (posted 2/1/12) This link details how it took nearly 6 days to make a withdrawal and the hoops the trader had to jump through to get it.

Binary Options Brokers Too New to be True

Yes, everyone/everything starts out new at one point. And all new things need to be given a chance in order to succeed. However, the list below is of binary options brokers that are too new to really compete with the “big dogs”. It is recommended you check the links yourself to judge whether you want to be the trader who gives them a chance to prove themselves or not.

  • VIPBinary – (posted 4/19/12) Just too simple to offer what the experts want. http://www.binaryoptionsthatsuck.com/review/vipbinary-suck/
  • EmpireOption – (posted 4/19/12) Simplicity isn’t always the way to get followers. http://www.binaryoptionsthatsuck.com/review/empireoption-suck/
  • OptionXP – (posted 4/13/12) There just isn’t enough to make this a “go to” site. http://www.binaryoptionsthatsuck.com/review/optionxp-suck/

Good luck out there!

New scam player in Town. Chasecapitals.com. First Everything is great but then they start manipulate the platform so when trade is a Winner the "market" makes a Quick jump so you loose the trade. I verifyed this whit photo and film multiple times, put metatrader and another platform one different screens and chasecapitals platform made major Quick jumps just when trade was closing that wasent on the other platforms.
Then I started a reserch and you can look on the other Company they refer to and also just check out google maps streetweiw of there adress. ( Sure you don have to have a fancy office to be a broaker, but its a varning flag)
When I research the phone number they called from it is in a blogg saying this is a fraud claming he Calling from berkly bank.

A REAL REVIEW – Allgotrade is by far the best of 10 brokers I have accounts with.

I have been working with Allgotrade for a while now, and the company is really awesome, my manager, Danny, is absolutely brilliant, and knows how to make money faster and better than any of my other account managers I have with other firms, and i currently have 10 different accounts at 10 different broker binary options firms. The Allgotrade platform is amazing, way better than any other I have used with the other firms who seem to all have one of three types of platforms which look exactly alike depending which one of three is being used – NOT ALLGOTRADE – their platform is unique, a super easy platform, and their graphs they display and DSP strategies are right at your fingertips with pull-downs – no other firm I am with has this variety to choose from and is heavily needed for placing trades, especially if you want to win. For example, no other platform allows you to see multiple views of an assets graph in history like allgotrade and the historical information is critical to know before setting expiry and whether you call (go up) or put (go down) on a trade, I have asked all the other brokers to please provide that info on their platform, they just don’t do it. In fact, I go to the allgotrade website if I am placing some manual trades on other platforms I have accounts with just to use their graphs for literally every single position I take. I should not have to do that, but at least Allgotrade was smart enough to give us the right graphs and tools to make good decisions about placing a trade. There is a very good reason the account managers at these firms (all of them) continue to ask for us to make more deposits (and allgotrade will match it 100% every time you make a deposit), so whoever wrote they did not match there deposit on this website is complete bull crap! I am completely independent, I have no association with allgotrade other than having a managed account, and anyone who would lie and deceive with their review on this website, and say anything negative about allgotrade, is obviously a pathetic hater working for another firm, or hired by other firms to bash allgotrade – welcome to what happens to just about every single company today online. I am just like you, and Allgotrade is the real deal, period. In fact, my manager would not even start trading with my money until I purchased insurance for the account, so the money is protected and my balance going into trading, for a specific period of time is protected, even if the trade positions taken lose, I don’t lose my money! Two other brokers lost all my money and screwed me over, over $10,000.00, not kidding! The reason your manager at allgotrade asks for more money is because it is required as a buffer to cover for lost trades. If you setup an account wth them, and are ever lucky enough to get Danny as your account manager, you will be set for life! Just listen carefully to what he says, he will teach you if you are willing to open your mind, listen and learn, and he truly is an amazingly talented binary options trader, in fact, I would call him a genius! Any of the managers at Allgotrade are talented, and I say with integrity, do not read all these other false reports about their alleged bad experiences with allgotrade, it is a blatant lie and meant to damage their reputation, probably by the firms you actually want to stay away from. To conclude, I would strongly recommend allegotrade to anyone looking to make serious money, I have already done so to one of my very good friends who recently setup an account with allgotrade, and it may take a bit of time for you to continue to make deposits into the account before they will start trading with it, as I said earlier, you need to have at least a balance of $10K for them to do what they do best. And when you get an account setup with them, your account manager will let you know why that is (it usually takes them a few weeks to really start working with you – they are busy, just like we are, so just be patient, they will make you a bankroll, and you can purchase insurance for a little extra money that guarantees you will not lose your money). I think whoever wrote bad things on this website about Allgotrade tried to dive in and and make trades themselves, and lost their money because they were not patient and looking for the immediate satisfaction, and lost big time as a result. I learned just recently to keep my hands off the account, be patient, and it will happen. As far as withdrawing money, all these brokers take anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks to get you money once a withdraw request is made. I have done so with every firm, and allgotrade is probably one of the easiest to work with, compared to the others I am with, who can be very difficult! Do yourself a big favor, get an allgotrade account setup, and do your best to at least put $5K in the account, even if deposits are made over time, just be patient and wait until you have put $5K in the account, so they can match you with $5K and will do so in pieces every time you deposit they will match it with a bonus, and then you have a starting balance of $10K – Again, without $10K you are at risk of losing all of your money. With $10K balance going in this risk does not exist. Trust me, you must have this before you start, or you are at risk of losing your money and very quickly, With a leveraged account balance of $10K (meaning you put $5K in either all at once or over time), purchase the insurance for $2500.00 if you are going to be doing some big trades within a 3 day timeframe which is what the insurance covers for, and you are set for life! Last, DO NOT try and place any trades on your own using signals from other sources. I have done that and one day they work great with >90% accuracy for wins, and the next day, you lose all your money trading with the signals for that day from the same source. Just BE PATIENT and let your account manager get to know you, get your account funded with an amount where you WILL NOT lose money (and that is $5K from you and bonus of $5K from allgotrade). I hope this really helps any of you to know how this actually works, and you should get an account setup with allgrtrade, even if all you have is $250.00, get it setup, and DO NOT use signals from anywhere else or hook up/turn on ANY software robot to your account, I have tried them all, and they all suck and lost all my money (why I have so many broker accounts setup every time I signed up to try a new auto-trader, I also had to open an account with whoever the firm is they are affiliated with, and fund the account with the broker’s minimum of $250.00 or $300.00)…if you do use a bot or signals, YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY, and quickly, that I can tell you from experience! Allgotrade is awesome, they are really experienced, talented and good people, and I hope you now realize, I am a real person just like you, and took the time to give you a REAL AND HONEST report about allgotrade.

I just wanted my money returned to my account after trading for a month and after many weeks and sending in documents and answering phone calls they said it would be done and still nothing. Finally Shawn Wells calls yesterday and says I MUST trade otherwise I can’t get any money back, which infuriated me. He said let’s do a guaranteed trade then you can have your money as FM Trader has not made any money off you yet. After telling him for half an hour that I didn’t want to trade I realized I wouldn’t get any money back unless I did this last trade. So under his guidance I reluctantly did the last trade which he said to place all the money and within half an hour I had lost everything. Then he calls me and says we need to do another trade and needs another $10,000. What a scam, I lost everything and Shawn and Fm trader made money, that’s obviously all they care about. Very disappointing.

    • Jones

The same will happen to you with a company name Empire Options and options robot they first told me they do not have an account of mine and they can’t find my account because I needed to contact them with the same email my account is under. I use the email address after receiving this answer in 3 return email. Then they claimed I was not verified although you can’t upload any documents on their site. So I send them via email.I have sent them an email that I will report them to the authorities. Then all of a sudden they found my account and then they explained conveniently I had to trade with them 30 times before I could withdraw any money. It would cost $30 to withdraw and at least 10 Days. So I repeated the whole deal again and told I do not want to withdraw money I wanted to close the account to no resolve. I will report them to all known authorities and although most of the times they are not even regulated but as a warning for others, They really thinking they are entitled to keep the money What they do is stealing nothing else.

  • Farzana Haque

It started when I received one of those unsolicited email adverts which claimed to show how one can make money from home on a PC only. So I read it and got interested however I noticed that it lead me directly to a different company’s website to the one on the advert. After a while we get a call and the sales agent tries to sell us the idea
of how good their company is etc but that I can withdraw my funds if I didn’t want to go further. This promise lead me to join. However after a few days of researching I decided not to proceed and I informed the account manager by over the weekend by email that I wanted to leave. He called early this morning ie Monday 7th Nov16 at around 8am
a bit annoyed sounding that I had considered leaving. But his attitude and tone of voice left me more sure that I needed to leave. By 11am I wrote another email informing him (Adam Malina) that I decided to leave. By 1pm it occurred to me that I would need to go into their website to make the withdrawal request. But when I entered ie logged in I saw that my balance had changed from $255 to $249.75, I immediately made the request but at the same time wanted to know why it had changed. I contacted their ‘livechat’. A Peter Haris responded. He said that there was trading activity. I was shocked as I had not entered their website since the day I had uploaded my documents. I also knew that their sales agent was made fully aware that I had not instructed her about any intention to start any auto-trading, besides as I was completely new to the industry they were well aware that I needed training first, and as such there was no instruction from me that I had wanted to use the auto-trading function without my knowledge or permission. I spoke to their general Manager called ‘Dan’ but he was not wanting to listen either. They were trying to suggest that I must have instructed the Gemini software company , that through Gemini software my auto-trading had been instructed. This is a complete lie as the advert which originally arrived into my email showed only a video claiming that Gemini was the magic software however once I sent my registration details, it was not Gemini staff who called nor did the form lead me to Gemini’s web page, nor did they they send me any registration details eg Login ID nor password or request docs. It was Binary Online who did all this so the legal contract is wirth Binary Online for which I had very little choice because the money went to their website. Gemini also had nothing to do with providing me with a trading platform, so the website and software responsible for starting and running ‘auto-trades’ would have been from BinaryOnline. Yet their staff tried to argue that it must have been Gemini. They also tried pulling off the excuse that there was a ‘default setting’ and that was under my control. Rubbish !, I did not get shown how to do ‘auto-trades’ let alone how to set up a ‘default’ auto-trading. When I pointed out that the trades appeared only appeared after I wanted a withdrawal the guy Peter Haris started claiming that it can be preset to start on a certain day. But this is inconsistent with my intentions of pulling out all the way from the day I spoke to their sales agent called ‘Jade Winters’, who knew that I wasn’t expected to make any decision before speaking to the senior expert ie Adam Malina. So basically they are fraudulently levying me costs of auto-trading which I never instructed let alone action myself in their website esp on the day I wanted to pullout my money.

Has anyone ever traded with Binary Corporate? Or BC Trade?? Wondering if there are reputable or not. They call from London England…. scared I am being scammed :/

Is there really an auto trade option with binary brokers that’s successful? Just leaving the computer on and "waiting for the money" albeit in drips and drabs. Didn’t work with BinaryBrokerz – stay away from them. I’m now with Qbits and the trader is Ivory Options – of whom I’ve only heard bad things. Activated the account with EU250 on Sunday, set to auto trade, and now have EU50 in my account….

    • Joe

Yes I believe they are a scam. You cannot withdrawal money once deposited. They will also block your phone number and not return email. Stay away.

  • Jonathan

Another Broker to stay away from is… "STARLING CAPITAL"! For so many reasons. This Broker is kind of new. At least for a year by now. First you have to start out with a minimum of $300 USD deposit. Not $250 or less like other Brokers. They start out with 70% payout! Very low. I’ve heard of 80-85% from other brokers. Which is one reason it so easy to lose trades. Also there platform lags at times, and does glitches which also why I had lost many trades. 1st Account Managers Karen Roberts, then 2nd was Mike Walker. Afterwards I get a email saying "Hi I’m Michael Lawrence, and I’m going to be your new Account Manager." I’m like ARE YOU SERIOUS. I laid him out and Managers do not email you back.

AS OF NOW: – I’ve done so well and won so many trades in the NADEX Binary Options Exchange Demo account, and by doing research. They are legit. Even though I’m currently struggling. There is no way I can open an account with $250 to get started, they use to be $100. No hope at all.

Has anyone heard of Allgotrade? What’s the measure of them?

    • Greg

I’m with them currently, have been for 5 months. They are great at making money, they trade for you, but I don’t know yet if they give it back. They gave me 1 000 eur bonus WITHOUT my agreement, and therfore I can’t withdraw before I reach 40 000 eur of volume, which I haven’t yet. They make more than 10% of profit for me each month, but, always ask that I make new deposits.
I should reach the volume in december, and then be able to withdraw. Will tell then how it goes.

      • Alberto Lopez

Im with them currently. One moth. I have to buy ($550) the insurance for each insured trade. I paid 2. They were OUT IF MONEY both. Im waiting for the money back in my account. I do not know yet if they will put my money into my bank account.

      • Greg

Me again, for an update. The 27/12, someone else from the company (Simon Taylor) called me and told me my precedent contact (Danny Right) has been fired. He tells me my "total volume" is 27 000, which is less than what has been told to me before, an he is giving me 3 options : deposit 6000 eur more so that he could trade with my account (required because he is a senior, so only takes VIP), or repay the bonus so that I can withdraw, or trade myself.
With this, I have evidences that they lied to me. They are inconsistent on the indication of what my "total volume is" (by the way, it’s the 1st time i see this notion of "total volume"). The 6000 euros more he’s asking are also inconsistent with what they write on their website, the VIP status comes with 5000 eur of deposit.

My guess it that the account I have with them is actually a demo account, they don’t trade with my money, they keep it for themselves, and they make it look like real trading only for me to deposit more.
Hard for me, but it’s now a fact, I think they will never send me back a single cent of the profit they pretend to have made for me.
If someone is taking legal actions agains them, I may join.
In any case, to someone considering investing with them, my advise is : STAY AWAY !

Out of the complainant, is anybody revered money from Binary traders?

  • Bharathan A.C

I am sure that B4Binary.com is a fraud company to pinch money from public. They have withheld my invested money of $850 without any reason. I submitted the Official B4Binary Account Termination Form on 20 July 2016 which was confirmed as having been received and approved, I asked them several time by e-mails to send back my money and I discontinued trading. Several events, I was told that my Withdrawal was rejected, reason given was mentioned as “Your withdrawal request of $850 on 30/08/2016 10:16:18 for the reason of Other.” I requested them that what it meant. No-one would explain me what this meant.
During this period, several telephonic call received from B4Binary, asking the reason for withdrawal and after the conversation they reject withdrawal and send messages like I mentioned above. I feel that their intention is to delay and steal money. Then I checked out ScamBroker.com and found there are many people complaining that they had been scammed by B4Binary.com and asking for HELP. I also would like to get help to recover my money back from this type of scam. Can anybody help?

  • Michelle

Has anyone had any dealings with "Go Binary 24/7"? Are they legit?

  • Ali

In my opinion, binary options traders must be banned from all over the world. We don’t need them at all. They are mostly CRIMINALS and MONEY LAUNDERER.

    • precious

I agree they are all scammers. This is their strategy on how they could easily steal money from the public. How could we stop their modus operandi.

  • Kachi Nwaoha

Big option is also equal to scam! You deposit money, immediately they change ur manager and money is lost! They impose loan on you! Scammers!

  • Peter

UBOCapital is a scam, deposit money and you will never see it again. Hard sell techniques used by Michael Gibson, probably not real name

  • Roger Fogg

Please investigate B4Binary.com. They have just defrauded/stolen from me $10,440.00. I submitted the Official B4Binary Account Termination Form on 20 July 2016 which was confirmed as having been received, I instructed them in several e-mails to Close my account and No further trading was to take place. On the 9 August I was told that my Withdrawal was rejected, reason given was ‘Billing Address Error’, no-one would tell me what this meant. On the 15 August someone within B4Binary traded and lost &10,440.00 from this account that was officially closed the 20 July 2016. On the 19 August 2016 after sending many e-mails to them, I was phoned by someone who said he was the CEO of B4Binary, Mr. Zack Peterson that because I had only deposited $2,750.00 in the account and that his trader had made the profit, I was NOT entitled to all the profits. I would assume that his staff do as he directs them and deliberately steals money from many of their clients like me. I checked out ScamBroker.com and there are many people complaining that they had been Scammed by B4Binary.com and asking for HELP. there must be many more out there who have become prey to these Scam artists who to be honest are destroying the name of the honest Binary Brokers Operating out there. CAN YOU OR ANY OF YOUR CONTACTS OR READERS HELP US TO GET OUR MONEY BACK

Too new for any positive or negative feedback. 30 days risk free trading but after that £50 to withdraw funds.
Not convinced I will see my £1000 back never mind the profits.

  • Alejandro

CTOption is a total scam! Jacob Walker Myers, James Russell, Laura Martin (fictitious names I’m sure) r all scam artists. If u invest 5k or so they will dazzle u with their 60 sec trading skills, run your acct up by 10k, encourage u to invest 10k, all the while chatting with u daily, then once the acct has more than doubled & u want some withdrawals, they become scarce…no communication whatsoever, no withdrawals. They then robot trade your acct down to nothing. Avoid them! Clear pattern of fraud. The UK needs to send in a fraud squad, lock these scum bags up!

I have used 23 traders and in my opinion this is a scam. the trader allocated to me was unprofessional, aggressive and rude. they are not a good company at all. my complaints are unanswered and they are awful. stay away from them.

    • Jeja

Exactly as you said Mark, very rude, unprofessional and complaints ignored! I wonder if they even do their own research or they just deliberately mislead you into trades so you just lose some of your money… Better to never speak to anyone there and do your own trades online, specially Andrea Alver who calls herself a coach… Very unprofessional and misleading…

      • Pravin

  • drissa

    hey thank you for all infos; please can confirm that huge option is legit because i am about to deposit;

  • Rieke

My signing up with BigOptions was pushed through a trader. Ok – my fault that I tried to pay before reading their legal disclaimers. When I wanted to pay I had problems with my card… they helped me out and as a ‘thank you’ the person who helped or a friend of her used my card the next day. All this with introduced with the kind words “we are here to help you”.

No help at all when I asked for refund. Numerous email and no result. The latest news: the compliance department decided to refund the money and send it back to my card.
I told (on the phone) and wrote them that the card isn’t any longer active. No reaction.

Is anyone here who has address of BigOption? They are so honest not to make it public. At least I cannot see it anywhere. Thank you for your help.

Can someone tell me, the trades platform that we trade on are they showing the real movements on the market or its just some kind of a computer game or something. All the brokers l worked with do start with wins and from there you start losing. Is it not some game that the brokers are doing…………. the above comment is from Pete…. i am asking the same questions as Pete…. from Eddy

    • binaryoptionsblownapart@outlook.com

Trading charts aren’t always in realtime – if you compare them with the charts on investing.com or iqoptions.com you will see they vary a lot. I find the charts in iqoptions more reliable especially if using EMA & RSI as well.

  • eddy

Banc de Binary : this is one of the top 10 brokers on a website, when the ‘top’ has problems… how about the rest of the 500 brokers ? I am looking for a ‘honest’ broker., a broker who is willing just to earn normal commissions from his clients.

Option.FM broker “STEVE GOLDMAN” hes old and experienced.. doesn’t ask for big amounts like all the other brokers

      • Sally

Are you serious Option FM brokers doesn’t ask for big $$$? don’t know whether are we having the same trading company "OFM". I have invested USD13250 and they ripped off my investment in less than 30 mins. They even access to my bank account using team viewer to see how much i have in the account.I decided to withdraw when i was left unattended after losing money, but when the withdrawal button been pressed message said "Pending". I wanted to withdraw instead they called to ask to trade and withdraw more money that week, but I ended left with only 48USD. The last word i received, "you will receive a call from the recovery department" to help you to recover but they don’t seem to be there anymore what more to attend to you..
I was assigned with an account manager named Yanis Zumich with the help of another account manager named Jason and has cause me losing all my money in split second. Is a blink of my eyes and i see no more money left for me to withdraw to pay for my credit cards and debts is haunting me…

    • Glenn

Hi. What have they done that is a scam? I have started with them but still not sure. I have received money back with no problems. But not sure if I should invest more? Thanks.

      • Kirby Boler

        Hi Glenn
You are all around defending Huge Options. Definitely you must be one of them.
all those Michael, David, Bruce, Jacob…etc from Huge Options are bunch o thieves!

    • pete

Thank you you Jalger they just called me now and l told them to give me time. Thanks again for your post.

      • Jalger

Browse thru’ this chat forum, even here there are plenty of negative comments on huge options. Other comments from other websites also show more or less similar negative comments.
Be very careful with their sophisticated baits. At first they will help you to win, then ask for more money to make more money, and when you send more money, they will leave you alone. If you want to withdraw, they will make many excuses and change the rules here and there.
Or they allow you withdraw for some small amount one time, then ask you to put more money, more money, more money…..then it is impossible for you to withdraw even a cent.

I recently signed up with Plusoption and Danny promised only 5% risk and 80% win. I had money in my account that he said was as safe as a bank until activated. somehow he traded on my behalf said he made $USD80000 and i said you weren’t authorised to activate it which he denied. suddenly all my money had gone due to ‘volatility’. These guys are psycopaths. They would sell their own mothers. Stay away for sure!

UK Options is a scam! Stay away!!

It is impossible to withdraw money from an account with UKOptions. They simply don’t respond at all to withdrawal requests.
On Feb 25 I deposited €2500 with this broker. I’ve done some trading but not a great amount. And although my initial broker tried to make me loose quite a lot of money on the Non-Farm Payroll event in March, the losses were limited by placing smaller trades than he wanted me to. Since then I’ve won some trades too, so all in all I’ve managed to keep the initial capital almost intact (€2397 remaining). So, on March 7, I requested to withdraw €1000 from my account. The day after, on March 8, they placed long term trades without my approval, presumably to lock the funds from withdrawal. A week later I was approached by a more “senior” broker who called and offered to refund €250 if I would continue trading. When I didn’t want to, I discovered later that the password for logging into my account had been changed. I managed to reset my password, and on March 22, I made another withdrawal request, to which they didn’t respond. After several failed attempts from various representatives, trying to persuade me into placing more trades, I made one last withdrawal request on April 16, which they confirmed to have received on April 18. Since then, nothing. I have sent numerous emails and messages, and I’ve also tried to reach them on the phone, without any shred of success. They actually hung up on me, and when I tried to call again, I was placed on permanent hold. After almost an hour, I gave up. Credit card chargebacks is the only way to reclaim money from scam brokers like UK Options.

WARNING to all possible future clients of UK Options: If you deposit money here, you will never see a penny again. Either you will loose on so-called “secure” trades”, or they will just refuse to respond to your withdrawal requests. Either way, you loose. For God’s sake, stay away from this broker!

  • Hennie Byleveld

STEER CLEAR OF IVORY OPTION. THEY WILL FIRST STEER YOU AWAY FROM WHERE YOU WANT TO BE, THEN THEY WILL CONVINCE YOU TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. ONCE YOU DO THEY START WITH THEIR CLEVER STORIES. THEY WILL ASK YOU FOR MORE FUNDS TO DEPOSIT.
IF YOU REFUSE THEIR REQUEST AND TELL THEM THEY DO NOT STICK TO WHAT THEY SAY, THEY WILL DELIBERATELY LOOSE YOU YOUR MONEY ON TRADING. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF ASKING THEM TO RETURN YOUR FUNDS BEFORE THEY START TRADING WITH IT, THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AND TRADE YOUR MONEY AWAY. WHEN YOU TAKE THEM ON THEY WILL TELL YOU, UNLESS YOU DEPOSIT A SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT WITH THEM, YOU AND YOUR ACCOUNT ARE INSIGNIFICANT TO THEM AND THE NEXT YOU SEE YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE IS ZERO.
PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

    • Marlene

I have been burned twice….I decided to join Qbits and they recommended Ivory Trading. Activated on a Sunday with EU250, Monday EU50 in my account. This is through auto trading alone. Received a call from them about "insurance" how much I want to make a month, age, financial status, and a promise that they will make money on my behalf. The line was not very clear, and the guy actually got miffed at me for not being able to hear him clearly!!
I think it’s all a scam – I don’t believe there’s a method of trading (auto) where you simply leave your computer on and wait for the money…. DON’T TRUST IVORY OPTIONS!

  • Glenn

Hi. I’m just starting to trade with Huge Options. Can any one tell me if they are a genuine trader?

    • gusi

It is notorious money suckers! Avoid it. They keep on asking money to help you earn more. When you want to withdraw, it is impossible, they set new rules here and there.

Are there any legal complaints you can file against brokers that don’t return your money when you file a with draw

      To slinkard,
      Best is get international lawyer,
      If cannot afford the lawyer?
Then write to Cysec commission in conjunction with your embassy Ambassidor to your country and the United nations complaints chairman and or minister.
Of parliment and express the ongoing on slaught of markets speculation malpractice of binary brokers and that the brokers have lost your funds in manipulated trades on their end.
Agreements are a front exposure to
legally bind your money though malpractice and unethical practices operate behind the scenes on the broker end.
Posting just internet comments will help but the more impact shall rely on united nations, prime minister of your country awareness campaign, Cysec commission in Cyprus, and your countries Ambassidor to the binary options registered corporates in that country Ambassidor of registered orientation.

      Kind regards

Huge Options took my $250 which cost me about $346 as the $250 minimum amount to open up an account is in US dollars. They traded with my money and in a few days the balance was down to $50! This after they initially asked for more money up front. Then they demanded I give them a copy of a bank statement or bill with my details on which I refused. A Michael Mueller said he would refund my money and then didn’t. As I am a pensioner I am not happy.

The great advantage with binary options is you don”t need a huge market move to attain great amounts of profit and i was lured in with the idea that 80% or so.. profit every 60 second option trade, so i began spending hundreds of hours looking for a high probability strategy to where i could predict market moves on a one minute basis. after some time i realized that this was impossible. due to the fact that a minute time frame is too volatile, too little investors a minute candle can bounce in all directions, regardless of trend power or anything else. so i went from that to 5 min entries, attempting to use Fibonacci and momentum indicators to forecast counter trend retracement points in a trending market. this worked half decently, might i add.. but as i said before, i am a perfectionist. i strived for a strategy which would be perfect.
And I have finally gotten to that level where I can no longer lose trading to my broker anymore Because with my system I have been able to make up to 97% signals daily with a win rate of 7-8 out of possible 10 trades, so I can beat my chest and say yes I can get you to the successful path of binary if truly you are ready to learn and improve

The question now is”are you ready ?

One of the very worst scams is Mike’s Auto Trader. It has a miserable success rate of between 30 and 50%. At that rate, you’ll lose all the money in your trading account in no time. So be warned and stay away!

    • Binary Options Cash Back

Did you know that Mike’s Auto Trader is the same guy how run Watchdog website binary Options scams? 🙂

  • Etienne

Hi Guys. Stay away from Greenzone Options they are big scammers stole $9000 from me. Their so called professional brokers just clean out your account the last week of your contract and you will walk away with nothing or they send you an amateur letter that you must give them permission to withdraw money from your credit card and if you don’t sign they stop your account but never refund you. Big scammers, stay away.

  • Ron

Anyoption is a cheating website! A total scam!
I received a email saying that they are giving a risk free trade that says min 5k investment for this trade.
If the trade that they gave is lost, they will refund you back the $5k. Ok so I called and ask this particular Senior staff of theirs, by the name of Cara, about this risk free investment trade. She said if the first trade is won, I will get a bonus but I can’t withdraw this bonus cos i will need to trade 5X of the initial 5K investment, which is $25K of volume then I can withdraw my 5K capital + the bonus. Ok then I said fine with me, cos if I win the extra bonus, I dont mind to trade more with them.
So I went ahead to start the first risk free investment trade that she gave.. She gave 5 recommended trades but 4 out of the 5 were lost! And I put all my $5K into one of her losing trade that she gave. Ok so now the trade that she gave I totally lost, and after that this is the worst part that had ever happen. My account then reflected back the $5K, & I called their customer service, and they said that this 5K was considered a “Bonus” to me! Omg this 5K should be a REFUND! since the trades that she gave was lost!
I was totally pi$$ed off and I flared up, how can they said the refund is a BONUS back to me?! I was very very angry..and they said in order to get back this “Bonus”, I need to trade additional of $25K in order to take back my money! My money is the 5K that I have invested in her losing trades that she gave!
So all investors, did you all see the unfair, misleading, cheating case of Anyoption by how they cheat investors to deposit money then just gave a losing trade or not even going to be responsible for any trades that they gave, they push all the responsiblity to the investors. Then in the end to get back my refund, I need to trade 5X more of my initial deposit in order to get back my REFUND $?
If you want to refund to investors, refund in a amicable & fairness way. Even if Anyoption gave a winning or losing trade in the 1st place, I still have to trade $25K more just to get back my bonus (if I win) or refund (if the first trade that they gave was lost).
This is not the way for Anyoption to cheat & mislead or scam investors to get onboard their company. I was fooled into joining their website bcos of their scam promotional marketing! All the rest of the investors beware! They tricked people to deposit then after that just ignored you cos the trade that they gave there’s no accountability to it at all! Even a 10-yr old child can give their risk free investment trade, cos even if lost or win, Anyoption wants you to trade 5X more volume in order to get back your money, be it a bonus or your refund!
The UK authorities should be alerted and take action against Anyoption in the manner that they carry out their cheating of clients. A thorough investigation must be probe into their company on their operations!

    • Daniel Botlhoko

Just like Ron, I nearly lost $10,000 with their so called risk free trades. The problem is that when they promote the trade and edge people to deposit, they don’t tell you that the profit you will make will be treated as a bonus until you deposit. Fortunately for me, I investigated more before trading and when I learned that the profit will be like a bonus, I immediately asked for a withdrawal of the funds and it took about 3 weeks to receive the refund.

  • Mika

DO NOT USE MAYFAIR!!! (and why can I not rate zero stars here???)
Mayfair options are by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. When I say worst company, I do not mean just Binary Traders, but the worst in any industry anywhere. Their online support is incredibly slow and appears they only have two people covering 24 hour support – TWO hours just to try to organise a payout via online support. Any telephone number listed on their site is FAKE. I actually deliberately traded my account into the ground to try and stop anymore phone calls from their ‘brokers’ (marketing???)
After making my initial ‘sample’ deposit and completing some successful trades, the multiple phone calls per day began all telling me that I needed to deposit more money to get a broker, blah, blah, etc ,etc. These calls came in at all hours, day and night 12.30 am, 4 am, etc. despite repeatedly advising that I was just trialling for the moment and would contact them if ready to deposit more.
After about two week of constant phone calls, I decided enough was enough and attempted to withdraw my initial deposit plus remaining balance on the account. Both of which were not large amounts but money none the less. This is where the real fun began!
After submitting my withdraw request and getting notification that the funds should be received in around 5 working days, I waited, and waited… Eventually logging back on only to find the request had been cancelled. An inquiry to the customer service revealed that the withdraw function could only be used for the amount that was originally deposited. All other withdrawals had a different process – which include waiting for the first withdraw to arrive in my account before requesting the rest… (?!?) this is not mentioned on the site. OK – So I did my withdraw again and after waiting, waiting, was told I needed to verify my identity again – for the THIRD time now. This is now at around four weeks since my original request to withdraw! I provided my identify checks again, resubmitted my withdraw request and waited, and waited, and finally the original deposit arrived back in my account.
Upon attempting to request the remaining balance (my winnings) I was told that I needed to now print and complete a form verifying, once again that I’d made my original deposit – the very same one they had already processed the payout on. The reason I’m told is that they were changing their procedure and everybody needed to complete this. I actually tried to do a small trade at this time on an almost sure thing and found my account was actually suspended. I was advised that this was because I had not yet completed the new form that I’d never heard about before – I suspect that it was actually because I was trying to actually *gasp* withdraw my winnings.
I don’t have easy access to a printer but eventually managed to print and scan this form. Upon attempting to submit to customer service I was told it had to be sent via reply email. I never received any email in the first place. I was also told at this time that I’d made a request to withdraw my account three days earlier that had already been accepted. Definitely not me requesting a payout – why would I even waste my time trying to request this when I had this additional form to complete. Asking support if it’s possible my account had been accessed by somebody else was ignored. Realising I’d spent about ten hours stuffing around to try and get around 200 dollars paid out and that somebody else had requested a payout of my account, I decided to write it off as a lost cause. I ended up completing some trades that were quite likely to lose and got my account down to a balance of zero. At least now they 4 am phone calls from their ‘brokers’ might stop.

Stay away from 500option, they post false reviews that you can have your withdrawal within 2 or 3 bussiness days. Well I try for 2 months now to get my money back, my own deposit money. I never accepted a bonus and they will not help me they say it’s in review with the financial department. I’ll doubt I will get my money back but if I get it I post it otherwise I will make a credit card issue out of it.

  • Sid Nothard

I had a bad experience with OptionsClick at the hands of a broker by the name of Mike Wilson. Under no circumstances should you allow him to put you intyo any trades, he will lose all your money. I have told him that he is a liar and a fraud, but that won’t get my money back.

  • Leyla

I have a nice thing to say about binary options trading… It is a sure investment if you know how to tackle the analytical viewpoint of the program… It takes hell time but is indeed different from other platforms where people put money (or bet if you want to say) to get double income or return… I have been trading on well-known platforms but since 2012, I have got onto BigOption which is a nice place to be…

Unfortunately, not all grass are greener elsewhere as per the saying but I prefer to plant my money at bigoption, it is a sure thing that despite people have been saying nonsense about this platform, it is not gonna let me walk away…

    • Paul

Hey there… I’m sorry to hear that but I have been investing at bigoption and I find them as a nice platform to trade. I have not yet lost but I see its sort of an analytical skills that one needs to have to complete successful trades…

    • Heidi

Oh I have always trusted BigOption as I never had any problems with them.. They are the most reliable and powerful broker in my personal opinion. I’m trying to understand as to why people blame them for nothing… Do you guys have any proof it is a bad trading site? I will leave instantly if you say so…

      • Tanya

Hi There, may I ask who is your personal broker at bigoptions?

    • Assif

I will secondhand what heidi said. I did not get any issues with BigOption. I’ve been trading with them since 1 year and also used the software. Yeah i made few loses too with the software but on the other side, I’ve made more wins.

  • shaun

  • Emmanuel

What does anyone think about insideoption broker? Has anyone made a successful withdrawal from them?

  • John Cain

I was wondering about something. How many Binary Options trading platform are they? Regulated and non-regulated?

    • Sayf

Hey John, this question should be asked to them directly…

  • Hidre abdallah

Just Finish Creating my Account with them and i had a Call asking me to put some money i doubted so i decided to read the Comments people made about this Company and i find out that is is a scam they should be Arrested and reported and Close this Website .

    • John Cain

Hey Hibre, which Binary options platform did you open an account with?

    • Areff

You think the cops will get into your problem when it comes to depositing your own funds online? It is at your own risk what you do with your money. I guess the cops better run after real thieves 🙂 LOL

      • DENIS OREGAN

SO IN REPLY TO THE STUPID COMMENT MADE BY AREFF .DO I TAKE IT THAT WHEN YOU TRADE ON LINE YOU ARE TRADING IN A PRETEND WORLD .THESE ARE JUST THE SAME CROOKS WHO WOULD HOLD A BANK UP . THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THIS SCUM IS INVISIBLE. WHEN YOU SAY THE COPS BETTER RUN AFTER REAL THIEVES ARE THESE PRETEND THIEVES THEN. THE LAW IS THE LAW YOU CLOWN. YOU WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT VIEW WHEN YOU GET SCAMED.

        • Janice Male

Denis…Areff’s comment went completely over your head…your the clown!

      Have a look!

  • John Cain

Lately I’ve been interested in market insights and trying to keep up with the latest changes on the stock markets. During my research on the web I came across this thing called ‘Binary Trading’. Was quite curious about it. Came across a few binary firms like BigOption, 24 Options, and so on. I was amazed at the type of information they share regarding the stock markets. Like BigOption gave me live feeds on some of the changes happening on the market worldwide as they occur. I’m curious to hear about what you guys think of binary trade?

Drop some comments and let’s converse. I’m keen.

    • Sally McGregor

Welcome to this new world John.

Just don’t trade ridiculous amount like some people. Start small and go from there. Happy trading. 🙂

      • John Cain

Hi Sally. Thank you. Haha I can’t invest such big amount, I’m just an account clerk, my salary doesn’t permit such. But I will invest small.

        • Patrick

          Good luck !

Option rally also a scam i deposited last wednesday then after that the broker aske me to fund more as to start the trade.after telling her that i didnt have more cash that was the end.come to my account manager she also went silent.i was too late to find this page i wouldnt have dipped my money with them!!!!!

    • Tanya

I found option rally staff to be very rude and demanding more $$ than my initial $250 that I opened the account with.
I tried playing on the platform and lost my $ and the broker is still trying to get me to invest a large some of money.

Like $5k usd, the same goes for Bigoption after I had lost my initial $250 as they would not give my money back, after I told them I was not interested, next day after signing up to this platform, its the same as option rally that I already had.
The next morning I was told that the software robot had already traded in my account. I had no authorised this.
They said they change my password and lock out the software robot, co etc.
Then they gave me bonuses to try get win my initiat $ back. I told them Im going to the uk police and they didn’t like that.
I even had the senior broker speak to me on the phone to try and smooth things over.
The broker is now demanding 5k now so he can do bigger trades. I keep telling him I will build it up from small.

Also you will be covered by visa credit card, if you use your card. I was going to lodge a claim with them.

      Any feedback greatly appreciated. Thanks.

      • Bothwell Chidziwa

I believe you were as new as myself Tanya. I deposited USD300 with huge options on an ICE9 Tech platform and did manual trading and lost all my money. Then I digged the internet and got IQ Options which accepts small amount as low as US10 and in my two trading phases, I again lost all my money.I am currently researching on autotrading which I then bumped into, and what I found seems reliable to me. Try these Copy Buffett, Millionaire Blueprint, Google Trader and Qbits Megaprofit.

Unfortunately for my country autotrading is not available except for millionaire Blueprint run by Walter Green. I have since opened an account with Big Options, as I widely researched about their authenticity and very soon I shall be on autotrade. Never give up, I read a guy who invented the bulb tried a 1000 times, close people would scoff at him, but Thomas Edison was never discouraged at all. We can still make it as others re doing it!

  • Ross

After reading all of your comments I am truly saddened…. I’m at rock bottom so after seeing the advert for millionaire system that then put me through to big options I thought this might be a light in the dark so to speak I never done anything like this before and gave them all the money I have (£820)… That was my last wage before I got made redundant…. looks like I’ll have to find somewhere else to live if I can’t pay the bills at the end of this month… I hope I’ve not just been scammed :'(

I have had a problem dealing with Digital Forex. I believe they are located in the United Kingdom. I deposited $250.00 into an options trading account and then decided I did not want to trade. I met all of their required compliance conditions to activate my account. I have since tried to withdraw my money three times and each time my request was rejected without any reason as to why. During this process, I was called by 2 of their brokers and I told both of them I did not want to trade, I just wanted to close my account. I feel like my money has been stolen.

West Digital Australia is a scam, they are based in Perth and everything about these maggots sux.

Do not fall for Derek and his ” i want you to buy me a beer when you make it big” they go missing as soon as they have your money and their guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on.
I am persuing them with every avenue I can.

    • kez

Hi John, Do they use Binary as the platform? And is the main email contact Jasmine? Because I think we’ve just been conned!

    • Dan

Hi John, any luck with persuing West Digital? I cannot get any replies from them either anymore!

  • steven

Don’t trust west digital or Binary Options.
    You will lose your money.

    • kez

      Got done as well!

  • steven

Let me tell you about West Digital, they tell you how great there platform is, Greg 0424 360 775 and Derek 0449 532 680 tell you how great this is, they give you a guarantee of a full refund if you have more losing than wining trades and then when there experts start getting it wrong you cannot contact them. I have spent 43k on their platform, been conned into uopgrading my package being told management has never done this before so get on it and now 3 months later have lost 20% of my trade capital.
Do not trust Greg, Derek, Jasmine or anyone at west digital. It is a scam, you will lose you money and these maggots never reply to phone calls, emails or SMS’s

  • Ismail Catak

I have invested with Big Options, they had this thing called Binary Breaker Auto trading, I wanted to find out if it really works, than after I put $250 I saw that my account was getting to many loses, so I stopped the Auto trader, than a broker from Big Options called me (Kevin White) saying that he can trade for me and wanted me to put as much money as I can, so he mentioned to me to put $15-$30k once he heard my credit limit.
I said I will not do that because I cannot trust him as yet, that he needs to proof himself to me first. He eventually agreed, than he started trading and made a very small amount of money $200 est. but because the trades where long trades like 2-4 weeks apart, he kept calling me asking me for more money, and he kept saying that with such little money he cannot do anything, he said that there is a non farm payroll news coming up, that I should not miss this blabla..he said that he will double my account in that. So after sending me winning trades of other trades he did apparently, which I didn’t believe but said…I am going to give you a go and put only $4000 extra. The first day I put the money, he gambled and lost 6 trades out of 6 trades $2650 out of the $5000 USD. Earlier before he started to trade he said he will make low risk trades. I also mentioned that he should not trade more than 10% of the total account! But he dint listen he just did his own thing without consulting me by breaking our agreement.

I said to him to recover the $2650 and was complaining that he dint do what I said. He apologised saying that the hedging dint go well etc. I was very angry.

Than he said the company agreed to give me the $2650 back as a bonus, which means he has to make $53,000 in order for me to withdraw the money, now I am totally stuck, I had to make a decision to either just to withdraw my $2350 USD or go by what Mr. Kevin White says. He promised me that he will be able to achieve this within 6 months. He said he is very certain about it. Its like he deliberately made sure I lose the money so that I can be stuck with these guys! How can a Broker lose 6 trades out of 6 trades and lose $2650 in one day!!!! I would have had much better chance by myself trading pushing buttons. How can a Company hire such a person who does not know what his doing!!!!

So now, I said that he dint comply with the customer policy which was to stay within my guidelines, which was to invest only 10% of the account which he did it again and again afterwards he kept losing trades the account was as low as $3400 est waiting for expiry and the account now is at $4800 after winning and losing, but this took like 3 months or so. He was going to make the $53k in 6 months, but he kept losing.
I complaint to the company but can’t get true to the manager….its like they keep avoiding me. The Broker Kevin White is blaming me that it was my fault that I lost, because I stopped him from losing more of my borrowed money that I am paying interest on.

I asked that I want my full refund and my whole account to be restored to full which is $5000, but no answer, they keep referring me back to Kevin White and he is playing games with me. So I send a request to withdraw at least the $4800 no responds at all….!???

I am going to use Forex Peace Army to investigate and see what they can do for me, as I have no clue how to handle this, DO NOT TRUST KEVIN WHITE FROM BIG OPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or don’t trust the company all together, if you have money with them get it out before its to late. They are liars, thiefs and I believe they are working together as a team, they are destroying lives out there. If you want to join me to take them to court, we can unite let me know.

    Kind Regards
    Ismail.

        You’re rich!

        Are you married?

    • Hakob Kasssbarian

      Dear Ismail,
Big Option are bis ass holes and liers,

After trying with lots of binary traders the only legitimate are bee options i am able to withdraw with them every month for consecutive 6 times the only draw back is that i pay around 50$ commission during each withdrawal between my bank and the bee option which is a little price to pay.

      • Sue

I invested with Bee Option ($500.00) and then changed my mind. I tried to get my money returned many many times – always supplying the documentation they demanded. That was well over a year ago and I still do not have even 1 cent of my $500.00 They are as fraudulent as the rest. Be very wary of Bee Options.

      • Johan

Hey Hakob, is bee option a good trading platform??

    • Esmael Falak

Hi Ismael I guess you must be bringing up a history your comment seem that you have something against the BigOption.com right? They have so much nice reviews everywhere and I traded over 2 years with them won many many many many times…..

    • peter corrins

I believe every word you have said as they tried this with me, I only lost $250 but kept getting phone calls and emails to put more money in but even with this small amount I didn’t even win a penny all loses so if any other person sees this please don’t invest in big option its the biggest CON going and should be banned from the www or hopefully the law will catch up with them for fraud as you and I tried to get our money back or even cancel and try to get your money back no chance JUST A BIG CON .

Bigoption is a total scam when I was losing trade they say they will teach me how to trade and never give me my withdrawals but when I was winning they trade on in my account and I lose all the money.

    • Nathan

Hello there! I find it very weird as per your say to the comment you have put but on a quick note, I wanna say that I find them as best trading platform. All my withdrawals have been processed on time and I have been winning with their trading features! On top of everything, I would like to give them a 5 star!

      • Marius

Did you try the auto trading robot?

    • William Henderson

Hi there I’m afraid to say you might be wrong because I have been trading with them since a year and found them genuine, honest and totally reliable as an online trading site. Their payout percentage is nice and they offer great support to all traders. My wife and I have grabbed nice winnings while trading with their various features. They are the best in my opinion.

    • Nathan

I enjoy trading at BigOption and I will highly recommend everyone to join. I was reluctant in the beginning but once I have trusted them, I will NEVER say they are scammers 🙂

      They are the bestest!

  • rt

I opened account to BIG OPTION and deposite that 250 Euros and saw that i lost on some of my cash automaticly, so my broker called me and said that there was “bot” who was trading and he stopped that, then he offered me to deposite more money, but i allready lost trust of this. So i want to get my money out of there and now broker Antonio Costas don’t answer phone and emails, tried to contact Support manager but they say “we don’t have access” and everytime i withdrawal my money Antonio cancels it. Where do i need to go to get my money out of this “business” ? Police? is Bank able to do something ? Can someone help me?
Ou and allready forgot they blocked my account for a day and then opened again when i called. Its a big Scam dont waste your time and money for this.

Sometimes it is very sad to read the history and issues of people who speak out online but to be honest, I have not seen people investing at their own will and complain… Whenever you pay buy or invest on a game site or platform, it is at your own will… I want to say that any company does not open your wallet takes out the money and put on their cashier / website.

      Thanks…

Hi, send this comment from Antwerp ( Belgium ) I also had bad experience with 2 Bin. brokers ( ? ) First was Big Options, ( I traded myself there, and lost all ( 1.300, € ) Second was ( also in UK ) forgot name( E-mails are crashed ) , but the account Manager traded for me, ( without I gave permission ) and so spended all, now he even asked me to invest again, and will set me on automatic trading – I would be stupid, if I did, he spend all ( 1.500, € – and inddeed, that story with the Bonus, I understand now
    Bob

    • Samantha

Hey bob, I have read your comment and found it nice but you know the fact that trading online is always risky. I have been trading with BigOptions and I found them very suitable as a trading platform. No problems so far except some delays in getting paid. However, they deserve an award for their nice customer support service that they offer.

    • Tanya

Hi I heard from the broker that the Auto robot never wins. Its a bit obvious because the pc doesn’t know about the world affairs going on. It cannot win, its merely goes by analysis from graphs. Better to get advise from the broker for trades and turn auto robot off. Thanks

I put 5 months ago money by Bancde Options, now I try for almost 5 weeks to take money out. I don’t see one euro! They don’t respond on emails and complaints… have someone the experience with Bancde Options?… what can I do to get my money?

  • Javed Khan

I am writing to let everyone know about the scam BIG OPTIONS is. I invested $45,800 USD which in my currency is almost $300,000.00 TTD with BIG OPTIONS.
For the first two weeks everything was going excellent. Suddenly I get an email from my broker stating that he made some errors and my account went down to $20,000.00USD.
When I asked to withdraw they said I couldn’t because I had to generate 30 TIMES the amount of bonus put on the account before I could withdraw. This was never explained to me before.
Without consulting me he went ahead and traded the balance without giving me a chance to say STOP. And then and there he lost the rest.
He had the nerve to call me and say that he was sorry and asked if I could deposit some more cash.
I told him that I wanted all my money back and he kept saying I can’t get it back. His manager then spoke to me and said that this isn’t Wall-Mart.
His manager realised that I was pressing them to get my money back that she called one day and said that the broker committed suicide and that the police is investigating the matter and I should just stop calling them and I should close of my account.
One month after I decided to call the number given to me by the broker and lo and behold he answered the phone and he was healthy as an ox and alive.

The brokers name is – KEVIN WHITE
The managers name is – LINDSAY TAYLOR WELLS.

Could someone assist me in contacting these people or tell me how I could go about getting back my money.

Feel sorry about you but I am glad trading with them as I read their terms and conditions, they have stipulated everything in a subtle manner on their site. Luck hits few but I have been trading with many brokers but I find BigOption as the best one so far…

      • Marius

Did you try the auro-tradying robot?

    • Nathaniel

Hi there, its absurd to see what you wrote here… I have registered and traded at bigoption, I can see that they’re a real broker with high payouts. I do not know if you have misspelled the name of the broker but bigoption is the best…

      • Marius

did you tried the auto tradind robot?

  • Craig

Same deal with Big Option. Account went up to over $10,000 then Nick Onasis lost on it big and I was at $3200. I sent an email to support requesting to stop trading and withdraw remaining funds. Nick sent a few panicked emails, I said I am done. I spent a week working with the Withdrawel department and they seemed to agree on a 2500 withdraw which was minus the bonus Nick snuck onto my account.

Then my passwords all stopped working. I reset it and saw that Nick Onasis had resumed trading. Lost $1500 and had another 3 trades open. I’m still battling with them to stop this and I have started contacting ALL the authorities. From credit card fraud, to embezzling and money laundering. They are not a legit company. Here’s my email exchanges…

    Melissa Wilson replied:
    Dear Craig,
We understand your concern for your account.
Please note that unfortunately we are not able to proceed with your withdrawal as the amount that you have in your current balance is actually the bonus we gave you.
To withdraw your bonus, you will be asked to perform a trading volume of at least 30 times for each $1 bonus.
The bonus can be withdrawn only when the foregoing stipulation has been fully respected and fulfilled. Any withdrawal of funds from an account made before completing the terms of bonus will be immediately canceled and removed from the account.
Kindly also note that you have 3 open trades.

The expert trader has been on an expert losing streak which is why I submit in writing that I wanted to cancel the trade service. The expert trader was even told directly that I do not want to continue. The signed documents stated that this is how the service is discontinued. So even after the long thread of communications he still traded which are no longer authorized.

I suggest you find a solution to this soon.

Craig it seems that they have provided you with all answers relevant to your query with a professionalism that you deserve 🙂 I had an issue with them as well but finally got some resolution with the account manager who is also very attentive to my issue. Altogether, I rate them as 9/10 nice site…

RBOptions? should be here too. They have very agressive sales persons/brokers. First there is this bonus trap. They want you to quickly deposit money and they give this “bonus”. Then you are signed for *20 turnover which gives them good time to market deposits for you.

If you or them lose money (if you they blame you for losing comissions) and try to make you feel bad for them. They will ask more for “COVER LOSSES”. If you don’t lose they give wrong signals for you and ask more money.

They will give you at first few good signals, after that they hold back only for asking more deposits to get something “SPECIAL” signals.

No one as I know has ever been able to withdrawal as much money than they deposited.

    Conclusion SCAM

Stay away from LBinary. I signed up through someone’s affiliate program. Biggest mistake of my life. I keep getting told someone will call me, they don’t. I’ve had at LEAST five different brokers assigned to my acct. and I haven’t even been with them a year yet. I’m trying to withdraw money to pay my BILLS and they won’t release it because of “bonuses” I never approved of. My Bank of America card was canceled because of them. I can’t use it to charge anything anymore, but I still owe money on it. Bank of America told me LBinary is FRAUDULENT. When I authorized a withdrawal from my bank acct. to fund my LBinary acct., the broker I had at that time took out $2,000 more than I authorized him to. When I ask who is in charge, they just keep telling me I have to talk to my broker. After days of not hearing, I contact customer service, and they tell me that broker doesn’t work there anymore. I’m a wreck because of LBinary. I’m so sorry I ever heard of them or options trading.

I recently had dealings with Interactive Options that have left me less than satisfied. The level of expertise and customer service that has been provided is a scandal. I propose to circulate the following on every available website to alert anyone else of the dangers of doing business with your companies.

I initially did some trading with Interactive Options using Albina Andreeva, these were small amounts but they were reasonably successful. She suggested that I upgrade to the Gold Option that included the services of their exclusive qualified analyst team and that I would also get a bonus to add to the $10,000 that I had to invest. I discussed this at length with both Albina and her supervisor who I believe was called Mike. They assured me that there were some very good opportunities coming up in the next couple of months that I could benefit from.

To my shame I was taken in by their sales pitch and deposited the $10,000 that together with their bonus gave me a total of $20,000. In the following two weeks with just two trades they have apparently lost it all except for $200 that they will not return.

Where as before I used to get calls from them I now receive nothing. I have attempted to contact them on numerous occasions for an explanation as to how they lost all my money but they do not take my calls.

I have done some research on the Internet and see that Interactive Options in addition to Hellobrokers and MTXplus are all subsidiaries of Pegase Capital Limited (ex K.J.W. Krisworld Development Ltd) based in Cyprus.

They claim “Interactive Option has established its presence in the biggest global economic capitals and works with a highly skilled staff that has a combined experience of over 20 years in the finance sector”. Does that mean the combined experience of everyone in Interactive Options totals 20 years? In which case it would explain the complete lack of skill and experience.

My advice would be to avoid doing business with Pegase Capital & Interactive Option. If I were to be charitable I would say at best they are incompetent but unfortunately the whole experience has lead me to the conclusion that they are con artists.

Big Option, check out this email from them regarding bonus. I had from them £3,000 in total as a bonus. Their Terms and Conditions state you must trade 30 x bonus, that’s £90,000. I traded £120,000 or 40 x bonus and still can’t get my funds out.

    Their email :-

    Dear Brian,

    Trust all is well?

Please note that you have a Bonus Turnover of exactly $ 244,023.97 to complete.

Up till now, you have completed a Bonus Turnover of only $ 186004.74

As you are already know, any withdrawal of funds from an account made before completing the terms of bonus will be immediately canceled and removed from the account.

Hence, you are required to trade and complete your turnover so as to be able to withdraw your profits.

Thank you for your usual corporation.

I was contacted by inside option.com about 3 weeks ago and decided to open an account and tried to make a deposit, When I clicked nothing seemed to happen, anyway to make a long story short I clicked $300 once and $250 3 times, then I got a call from some guy in turkey who wanted me to increase the deposit by $20,000. I sad no and then went and checked my bank account to see that I had deposited $1050 into my new inside option.com account. I tried to withdraw part of it to no avail so like a fool I decided to play the game and had no real good idea what the hell I was doing and soon I lost it all, Oh well no different than a casino. So I decided to forget about it until this week when I got a call from a high pressure salesman, he realized I was some pissed off and offered to give me back 1/2 of my original loss, so $500 credit and an offer to help me, but said I should put in another $25000. No, No, No, then he asked that I go into the inside option.com web site and check my account, and it had something like $378. I checked my personal bank account and found that they had taken $20,000 from my credit card. I immediately said stop everything, but he said look at you account balance again, and it now is 27,828.80, I said stop again and give me my money back. I was transferred from one person to another and I think I ended up with a CEO who said he was ready to refund my money and all he had ot do was push the button, but would require paper work signed before they could refund me the $27,828, because of international money laundering rules. I told him I was born at night but not last night and said push the button and make my refund. End of discussion, I contacted visa and they cancelled my visa after me explaining what had happened.
So this morning, two days later I see some credits in my visa account that total 17,795, I have sent a message to insideoption.com pointing out the $10,000 discrepancy, now I wait again to see what transpires and will keep you apprised of the situation. Which could all end up in my favour.
    THank you
    Rino

Inside Option is not regulated. I have been contacting them since the 11th April 2015 by all meens (chat, mails returned undelivered, phone no reply) etc…
I deposited 250€ and am asking for refund no reply up to day. Suddenly the withdrawal amount moved to 250€ to 500€. And they run the robot automatically. (AutoProfit Replicator by Simon Saunders) a complete scam including Inside Option.

    OptionRidge = SCAM!
Full of false promises when convincing me to sign up and deposit money. So much so that I never completed one trade. The ‘professional trader’ that spoke to me on Skype didn’t leave excel and only wanted to tell me that I wouldn’t make money unless I deposit $20k.
I have been waiting 3 weeks for my ‘pending’ withdrawal and since hitting withdraw customer services don’t seem to exist!!!

I am writing in concern for others who would like to not lose there money in a scam.
she cornered me and tole me sell the aus/usd and also gbp/usd I had no idea abt any of this . I am a total newbie to binary options she is the head trader I relied on her knowledge and skil (I ddint understand the platform they give you to make trades)as well as I am writing to report a dangerous scam. I am 74 and have impaired vision, legally blind.
I am in a sharktank at Boss capital Gibralter.
They told me they were registered with EU and also Cyprus Cysec both lies I found after I opened my a/c .I told her these were red flags and I want out she acted like I was crazy, the fun was to begin.
The head trader Katie white had her jaws on me as I entered the tank she told me how much money I would make it was awesum and she she said “she liked me” said honey darling and dear as well as how incredible the trades were and get in NOW I opened an a/c with 5,000 on a credit card in an hour it was worth 2625
As the platform Boss trades on but she pressed and conned me I made a mistake and entered an order (I cannot see the keys well) and made 1875 she said now do it for 5,000 and I lost 4250.

Now this the trick I will guarantee your losses and give you a bonus(trick( as she end up sending a paper I cant read it and I told her that right then I sign as she tells me its all good and will enable me to make up the loss,so sweet of her!
Now I am trapped and do not know it she says do this one its awesome next thing I know I am in 7500 options and locked with them until a month later. No way out. I told her then I felt I had a gun at my head.
So I am given another trick bonus of 5000 which she tells me to sign I cant read it and later learn I have agreed to trade 60x my original 5k. This is criminal that a financial company is allowed to do this—–these options are binary in that it wins or loses like flipping a coin its all od none. You would think suitability,74 and blind , right??Boss capital is owned by Marblestone partners of London who were in London in the last month moved to Gibralter to get away from law and order phone for BOSS 44-203-5193488 Gibralter.

Furthermore at this point she wants more money come on honey another 5k wont hurt (they have my passport info and credit card I had to scan to open a/c.
Katie White and Boss capitall advis for their own best interest not for the clients!!!
These people should be out of business preying with decelption and mirrors (bonus) its churn and burn, excessive trading unsuitable for anyone let alone a 74 y.o blind mans lfe savings what can be done to stop them?
I have cash only of 4300 and have asked to pay thar credit balance they want me to trade it and lose it . I asked to close a/c over a dozen times and they just tell me to calm down—this is treacherous———what can to done to stop them? How do I get the money that is left?

    Sincerely,
    L

    • Raheel Rehman

Its too sad to see that Boss Capital did that much bad with you, they should tell you about the terms and conditions of the bonus, and they forced you to open a bet of $5000, and they know that you are nearly a blind old man, what can I say in this regards, but my sympithies are with you, if they are earning money in that way then the money will not stay with them, it will find the way out.

  • Matt U

Bigoption.com is definitely a poor broker service. I deposited $501 but when I read poor reviews (after my deposit unfortunately), I immediately asked for a withdrawal. Over 3 weeks later, they refunded $415, my deposit minus their “fees”. I definitely would not recommend this broker.

I also deposited $250 at FMTrader and was told by an account manager to upgrade my account by depositing more. At first, I honestly think that it is a total scam to lure me, but then when I listened to Courtney, the assigned account manager for me, I was persuaded to deposit an even higher amount. Courtney helped me out with the entire process of the deal, even provide me with free signals to help me out, and in addition for my account upgrade I was able to get 3 risk-free trades. And I guess, that’s the best decision I ever made because I am enjoying an ample amount of profit that is more than I regularly earn as an employee.

Don’t trust Big Option, they steal your Money! I started with 250 $ with the Robot Pecunia Pact, from 23 trades, the Robot lost 13. I guy cold Roger Wilson called me and
said, the Robot is BS, trade with me, trust my skill, he want me to invest more Money, but
I refused to pay. When my Balance was 222$ I made a withdraw request. The next day my Balance was 22$! They changed my Password and I had no more Access to my account! Complaining by Roger Wilson, he said he made a trade for me and it’s better for me, then I will get 350$ when the trade expires. I have no idea what trade he made and when it expires. I ask him why he refuse to pay out such a little Money, but no more anwers and no Money of course. I don’t understand why they are not on a Blacklist!

        • Brian Harrison

Hello. I want to relay to you my account of my dealings with Big Option who are supposedly a reputable binary options broker but, as I will reveal, this company are not as real as they pretend to be and they are in fact scam artists.

I was introduced to BigOption some weeks ago and made several deposits to fund my account making a total sum of £6,135. At first the account was working well. Some good winning positions and a few losing ones too, but the gains were greater than the losses. After a few weeks the account grew to a reasonable level and my broker said he wanted to add a bonus to the account. I had heard that accepting bonuses on these accounts were fraught with danger and I made that abundantly clear to him. He assured me that I could withdraw all my funds with the exception of the bonus but as soon as I had reached the trading turnover the bonus would then be made available to me. I accepted his word and he credited my account with a £1,000 bonus. We traded and after awhile he informed me that we had reached the target and the bonus was now mine. Great, another £1,000 in my account ready for me to withdraw.

Then, on the 1st April 2015, Kevin White, my account manager purchased call positions on Starbucks at a cost of £6,000 for expiry on 17th April 2015. These trades expired to the good with a gain of £4,500 and were credited to my account taking the balance of my account to £19,581. A couple of days later the gain made on the Starbuck’s trade along with the original investment were deducted from my account taking the balance down to £9,081. I queried why the position was reversed and was told by Mr. White that he would sort it out and get the trade and gain re-credited. I continued to trade making a £5,000 investment in Apple and a small £100 trade in Yahoo – both positions ending positive. With the correction of the Starbucks trades this would give my account a value of £23,406.

After two weeks the Starbucks situation was still not resolved by my broker. It was at that time that I decided to withdraw a sum of £5,000 from my account. I was soon contacted by my broker who pleaded for me to leave the funds in the account to trade on the Non-Farm Payrolls (due 8th May 2015). After much hassle from Mr. White I agreed to withdraw my request for funds subject to certain conditions based on our conversation and included in the email sent to him, viz. the funds in the account were for trading on the Non Farms Payroll Data. In the early hours (GMT) of Friday the 1st May 2015 my broker without my knowledge and in direct opposition to our agreement, traded away the balance in the account which at that point stood at £10,906 (being £23,406 – £10,500 (Starbucks) – £2,000 (open trade)). When I checked my account later that day I was shocked to see the balance was a mere £600 !!! When I challenged Mr. White for an explanation he responded that he was not perfect and that some trades will loose. To that there is no argument, however a careful review of the trades placed will reveal that these trades were deliberately placed in loosing positions. I have screen shots which will prove that the loosing trades were placed that way deliberately.

As there was no indication of him correction that position or making any headway with the Starbucks situation, I contacted the firm directly and set out the correct position with regards to Starbucks. A day later the funds were credited to my account taking the balance to £11,100. When I then tried to withdraw £10,000 of these funds I was verbally attacked by Mr. White who tried to spin a cock and bull story about the Starbucks trades and why the money was not mine, a story which will not hold credence in a court of law. I told him I wanted the funds, as these were legitimately mine, but he refused to release them back into my possession. Later that day I saw that my account had been adjusted to release £5,000 back to me. I was also informed that the remaining balance would never be mine – indeed that I now had back the monies I had deposited and that would be the end of the matter. Incidentally, even with the payment of this £5k, the company would not have returned all of my original funds as deposited by myself.

At the time of writing, I have not yet seen the £5,000 returned to my credit card. As for the other £16,406 (£18,406 less £2,000 open position) do I expect the company to return this money to me – only in my dreams !! The Starbucks situation is clear cut as shown on screen shots taken at the time, which shows clearly the trade expiring to the good but the company attributing a loss position to my account. The 1st May trading is clearly ultra vires due to the terms and conditions agreed with their agent and accepted by the firm evidenced by them cancelling the original request for the £5,000 – email evidence is available to that effect.

The breach of contract is a serious matter in English Law and refusal to meet financial obligations under the arrangement can be regarded as a criminal act due to both the theft of my funds and obtaining my funds by fraudulent means.

If after reading my experience you still want to go ahead and give your money to this organized bunch of scam artists I would ask you to consider the following:

Who are the people you are dealing with. Big Option is a trading name but who is behind the firm?

Is Big Option owned by a Limited Company, if so, what is the name of that company?

Where is the company incorporated and what is it’s registration number?

Where is the registered office of the company?

Where are the physical premises that they trade from?

I can tell you that you will never get answers to these questions from Big Option – I have tried several times. Their website changes from time to time with different company names from Big Markets MU Ltd, through to Big Markets Ltd. Sometimes incorporated in the Seychelles, sometimes in Belize.

I approached Big Markets MU Ltd, registered in England and Wales, at the address listed on the Big Option website and received a letter back from them stating that they were not part of Big Option and that they – Big Option – were fraudulently using their name and address and that they had passed the information on to the Serious Fraud Office. I subsequently filed a report with the SFO and Law Enforcement Departments are investigating.

Yes it’s so true. I have deposit 250 and then one of their guy calling me offer to trade on behalf event though I not yet send him my agreement, he suddenly charged my credit card for 750 usd. When I email them to cancel the agreement, they refuse to give back my money. Withdraw that I made cancelled by them. Now what can I do? arghh.

    • Raheel Rehman

I don’t know, why you people rely on robots, if you can’t trade, then you should learn, how to trade, if you spend your time in learning, then I think you will not complain in that way, I am not a representative of bigoption, but if we fix responsibility, then we can say that half responsibility will be on the trader, that why he trusted on robots? why he didn’t learn about the ups and downs of market?

    • Gary A. Newton

I wonder why you’re using slang words, isn’t that look like Fake? I mean, I have been trading with CToption for a long time (almost 6 months of course) but I haven’t face ‘that major’ difficulties to slang the broker. My execution was fast, I got my profits withdrawn and their support team is so Professional too. If anything happens wrong with you, You can easily reach them through support or you can ask your personal manager.

Jerry Gallo got £1850,00 of me about 3000 dollars and he told me account was doing well , the first Monday in February ,he phones every first Monday of the month usually to tell you how well your doing and asked for another £5,000 . when I asked him how my account was doing he told in a matter of fact way he told me I have £15 left in my account. I have been ill for over 5 years and he got all the money I had left, he has left me with nothing . Does anyone know the best place to report them to as I’m from Scotland I would be grateful if you could help thanks Hamish

    • Gideon Lenz

Jerry Gallow trades at Big Option. Stay away from this platform!

  • Bill McCleish

I wish to complain about a company called “West Digital” with trading name of “Furnace Investments Pty Ltd” operating a website www. westdigital .com .au address of Level 25, 77 St Georges Terrace, Perth W.A. 6000.
I was contacted by mobile phone and set up an appointment to show me via the internet how to make money trading on their platform or using their software program, it was impressive to say the least but it was over a 24 hr period and it was showing how I had made some money over night without doing anything as their programme did it all for me. They also guaranteed me that if I do not make more than 51% profit using their programme that they would refund my initial outlay for the programme but not for any other money I could loose.
I said I would need to think about it and within 24hours they called me back offering me a better deal as someone just passed away and his spot is now available to me without any extra cost but I need to pay up straight away or I will miss out. When I said I did not have the $5000 to send (via bank transfer or Bpay) they then asked me to send $500 deposit to hold this spot and the deal. I sent them the deposit via Bpay and then they called me several times looking for the balance, I asked for a receipt for $500 but it did not come.
I found a connection with this company from another company that had misled people of their money from Queensland (ETCapital) and the forum reported losing large amounts of their money using this system. One report named the same people that I was speaking to with the same mobile phone numbers (Kate Lancley 0424685307 and Jasmine Burke 0424297768) but now operating the system under the name of West Digital and in the state of W.A.
When they next phoned me asking for the balance I advised them that I had changed my mind and requested return of my deposit. Kate told me to speak to Jasmine, which I did and she advised she will send my deposit back that I made on the 28/1/15, I called several days later saying I had not received my deposit back and she advised that she will talk to their accounts department and I will have it by Friday (in 3 days), I then called back but unable to get to speak to anyone other than please leave a message on their 1300349893 number and we will call you back.
I contacted my ANZ bank and lodged a dispute and after another week the bank advised me that “Furnace investments” had declined the return of my deposit. I called Jasmine on her mobile and she advised me that they will deposit the $500 into my bank account in the next couple of days. This was over a week ago and I have called them, emailed them and no one is answering their phones or returning my messages or emails.
I find this company is misleading innocent people out of their savings by selling a programme that appears not to work well with promises of refunds but when it comes to the crunch they do not honour their promises. They appear to have moved from one state to another changing the company name and using the same system.

    • Siv

Mate. I just had the same deal offered to me from west digital

  • Hossam

I also deposited $250 at Big Option.
Their supposed compliance procedure is absolute bullshit!!
Every time I call them and tell them I’ve already signed and sent the documents, they keep replying “sir, you have sent the wrong DCF”. Even thought it was completely filled out correctly. Now my account is locked, I can’t make trades until they “verify” my account according to “internaional AML rules”. Fucking scammers!!

    • Bassam

      Fucking scammers

  • Dave McGhee

Yes!!!! Stay away from BigOption.com. They should be called big rip-off.com.
I started with $1000 and they said if I put another $300 into the account, they would add a bonus $500 more from them to me to trade now a total of $1800. Well my account did grow the first trade to $2700 and I asked to withdraw some money. The Bigoption (Nick Onasas )account executive denied my withdrawal and went into my private account to change my account password without my permission. Then he made three more trades which did go up to $2990. I again wanted to withdraw my money ( $2500 ) and they again denied my withdrawal but instead re-invested again without consulting me or my permission to trade again. Now the account is down to $775 . I don’t think I will ever see any money at all, but it would be nice just to get back half of my money at this point. This company really commits out and out fraud!! Does anyone know of any securities agency out there to launch a compliant and investigation?

    • shirley

I agreed with you. I started with $6000 deposit. a so-called expert trader, John Goldman promised to earn profits at least 50% within 2 weeks and promised that i won’t lose any amount of my deposit. After a month, my account balance left only $667, i tried to contact him but he keeps ignoring my call and messages. I only wish to get back my money, I don’t want anymore earning. Until today, I am unable to get through him.

      • rob

I agree 100% but at the end of the day i get a big L on my fore head

    • Karen MacPherson

Hi I’ve also had a nightmare time with Big Option. I’m not a wealthy person so I used what I had in my saving account. First deposit was £250 which I used their robot and lost every trade. Then I had a call from one of their supposed “senior” brokers Lindsey Wells asking me to deposit more money and she would handle my account so I foolishly agreed and deposited another £750 which they then gave a bonus of £300. This lady managed to do the impossible, lose every single trade and wipe out the account in a week. I was devastated at the time but stupid, I then decided to put in one last £250 and try trading myself but I got cold feet and when I asked them for my money back they wouldn’t give it saying I hadn’t fulfilled the bonus agreement!!! I tried over and over again to get the money back and they just kept refusing even though the bonus was related to the previous deposit. So I did some trading and I did win some but then eventually after continuing to request my money back I lost it all. I know thats not a lot of money to some but it was to me, all my savings are gone and I’m so upset at the way this company have treated me. I really want to report them to a governing body if anyone knows? I’ve been trying to find who I can report them to with little success. They should not be allowed to get away with this! So please anyone considering investing with a Binary Trading Company AVOID big option like the plague, do your research and find a more reputable company that is transparent about who they are regulated with.

      • Roman

I was going to invest money that I don’t really have in something what I don’t really understand! Reading all your comments….Non of those Options are good! Better to play Loto… Gracias locitos !

    • Andrew

If you look on the terms and conditions of Big Option, you will see how many times you have to trade through your bonus, in order to redeem any amounts. I take it you did not look at the T’s and C’s.

My advice is, never accept a bonus, just trade with what you can afford. Bonuses lock you into the account, from which, (unless you know what you are doing), there is little escape!

  • Fares

Yes it is a SCAM SCAM SCAM CTOPTION IS A BIG SCAM, I started with them with 1000 and my account manager HOSAM AZEM told me that I will get 30% monthly compound but first withdrawal only after 3 months, so I waited 3 months from september to december, so now I requested for a withdrawal of only 830 (I had in my account 2334 $ after 3 months) on the first day it was rejected , I tried to call my account Manager Hosam Azem, no answer for the first day, I placed another request after they rejected the first one…it was also rejected… I called them by phone in Bahrain, a guy name Khaled answered , he toled me that hosam is not availiable, and he will manage my account, so Khaled asked me to Deposit another 3000 $ and to wait 5 months so I will get about 3000 $ monthly, I refused that, and told him that i want to withdraw only 830, and to keep 1500 in my account so I will then get 500 $ monthly…Khaled said OK we wil manage a withdrawal for you… on the next day it was rejected again !!!! I requested to withdraw again …and tried to call anybody in Bahrain or UK OR France (there offices), tried the live chat, sent them emails at support@ctoption.com but all with no result … the big surprise after 4 days of trying to find any body to make me a withdrawal and on Thursday 08/01/2015 when i was trying to cal them, they were just hanging up the phone ..as usual in the morning i requested for a withdrawal of 830 , it was rejected gain… I requested a withdrwal again… and guess what happened after that !!! they stolen $2000 from my account, I found that there is only 334 dollars in my account, how did they did that …why ? … you may be know better…..I tried to find some one to help me… but useless …the life chat were telling me that a senior manager will call me but no body called me… and they were telling me to patient every time…so it seems they will steal the rest of the account… am just looking at the number 334 in my account… CT-Option are scam SCAM

    • Fares

Update…today they linked it with a replicator, and make it loose 300 in minuts

    • ohnson

I don’t think CTOptions broker is really a Scam. It seems very friendly and profitable to me. If you’re not enough experienced to grab your profit from the market, no broker can make your profitable.

However, CTOption offers lots of different trading tools that will support your trading strategies. Also, the company provides opportunities for more greatly secured money management. Ultimately, these benefits shape your trading experience in a measurably advantageous manner.

    • Howard

I’ve used a lot of platforms before, and CTOption and definetely this one is my favorite platform so far. Their Binary replicator system was perfect for novice traders like me. Their support team is very friendly and nice. Now I can make consistent profits trading at binary options market.

      • Lawrence Townsend

Have you made a withdrawl. Found this to be very difficult. Support said that it would take three days but the email said to contact the account manager who is very hard to get hold of.

BIG OPTIONS BEWARE ITS A SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      SCAM SCAM SCAM BIGOPTION

  • Bob

Please stay away from CVC OPTION, they are a bunch of thieves. I traded with this organization for about nine weeks. They started out giving me wining trades; afterwards, they would tell me to send in two, five, three, or five thousand dollars more for trading equity. When my account reached $10 thousand, the traders asked me if I could raise $10 thousand more. The trades were excellent so I was encouraged to continue.

On that weekend, I received an early-morning call from a person, David Castillo, telling me he was with CVC and I had to send a portion of the money, by Dollar Express or Western Union, to a José Rafael Peralta Taveras. Thank God, Dollar Express refused to send the funds. I was then directed to an alternative individual, who would also furnish winning trades, a Ney Siris Valdez, in addition, residing in the Dominican Republic; I was told that these individuals would send us the details concerning upcoming trades that would be profitable.

This running back and forth trying to send the funds took an entire day. That afternoon, I contacted CVC OPTION; I was advised that this was a scam. By way of a phone conversation, one of the evening traders let me know that this wasn’t the first time these scams had occurred at CVC. When I tried to contact someone in authority, two of the evening traders, outside the team with whom I worked, told me they could do nothing. One asked me if I had contacted my local authorities. (This is the point; most of these binary options’ trading organizations are not regulated; therefore, there is no legal backing for the unsuspecting trader. Be careful with these unregulated organizations because they can do whatever to want and the majority of their traders are masters at cheating the public.)

After contacting the office at CVC and realized I was in a helpless state, it was clear; I realized that my CVC trading team had constructed this entire scam with others outside the organization. Indeed, the scam was initiated by my own traders. The main trader phoned me, Ronald Nikerson said, “You should have sent the entire amount, as you were told, to the Dominican Republic.” Then his supervisor, Nick Donavon, called me as well and said, “Oh yes; Alex Wilford was your trader; you should have done what he suggested and sent the money to the Dominican Republic.” This is when I realized the entire scenario was a scam; right from my traders at CVC Option and the entire organization was suspect, and I had no legal authority to back me up. At once put in a request for a refund of my funds. Even though my trading equity totaled $49,544, I would lose 29, 54I, but I didn’t care. I immediately placed a withdrawal request for $17,000 (I was told this was all that was the actual balance. In the meantime, I received a call from David Nikerson telling me he saw the withdrawal request, and wanted to give it another try. He would bring my account up to $50,000 with one more trading session. I told him I knew he would bring me down to zero, but at this point I doubted they would return my funds anyway. I followed his five trades, and just as suspected; they all failed; each at $5,000. My account was now reduced to $14,000. I asked how much I could withdraw and close the account. I was informed that the account bonuses totaled $17, 000; therefore, my real balance was currently $0. STAY AWAY FROM CVC OPTION, AND BE CAREFUL OF ANY UNREGULATED BINARY OPTIONS ORGANIZATION.

It is just another scam …..Big scam

  • Tatiana Peacock

I wish I will make money with Bigoption, but I didn.t , and I lost some what I had.

  • Tatiana Peacock

Broker ask me deposit any deposit to my account, when I was register on Bigoption .
He told me they will provide my education material for training purpose .
I sent my bank account statement, copy of my debit card, copy of my driving license .
I been waiting for 10 days. Nobody send me anything at all.
I called many times on phone, sometimes tell me I have to wait another couple of days. After some broker tell me I lost my $250 , because I purchased software , it was surprise , I never know I paid for software, they told me I deposit money to my account.
It is just a sad story again, somebody mislead me again, lie to me, took advantage, didn.t inform enough , where money going to.
After all another broker on phone still ask me to deposit another $2000.
Are your people out of your mind. You ruined my trust and now you ask more money.
Some companies make very easy profit, this is one of them . Be carefully . I am not joking.

    • sudhip

      Dear Tatiana,
I went through exactly the same as you. I lost USD2500 with them. They are unscruplous and cannot be trusted It is a scam. Their customer service sucks and they have so called financial officers who promise the world and deliver nothing. The guy who promised me was one Daniel Lucas. Stay away from him and this company.

      Rgds/Sudhip

      • Suzanne

I was alsoscammed by Daniel Lucas at Big Option. All so nice at first, so many promises, he managed to get 20,000 U.S from me and my brother in law. After he got our money he would not return calls or e-mails. It was absolutely devastating, shocking and frustrating to see all my money just slip away. Money I couldn’t lose. I recovered some of it through my credit card company that recognized these transactions as a scam. Now they went after Big Dud (Option) and recovered part of the money. Yeah for me.

  • J.L

This company is a scam. From what i’m figuring out, they are all scams.
Bigoption.com manipulates the chart screens. Today I lost $400 with them. Almosst all the trades were going to be winners. But just before they hit the winning number all of a sudden the screen froze resulting in a losing be. Then as soon as the bet lost the screen became active. It was so obvious it was a joke. • Lawrence Tourangeau

Just signed up deposit $501.00 from Master Card and big option say they will add 250.00 no charge for a total of $751.00 to start. Initially I only wanted to put in $300.00. Now I need to send them: 1.proof of ID. 2.Proof of Address. 3.Proof of payment. 4.Deposit confirmation. I’m concern about ID theft

    • jen

yes – all binary companies want proof of ID… I am sure tho if you accept their bonuses that ties you into all sorts of terms and conditions to get/withdraw your money back..but yes – if you don’t send copies of your ID then they wont give you back your money or verify your account..leading to lots more problems. I blank out the 3 digit security number on my card whenever I send copies. Credit card payments I read can be kept for a longer period – I am sure I read they don’t release payment on those for about a month – fraud purposes?

    • Karen MacPherson

Lawrence I would say to you to cancel your account ASAP with Big Option, they are complete scam artists. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT let them give you a bonus or you will never get your money back, read the small print on terms and conditions of bonus payments, they will hold you to ransom forever. If you are going to trade with them don’t accept the bonus but in all honesty I would cancel and get your money back ASAP. There are reputable traders out there. I believe Banc de Binary has a good reputation. I also used one called Option Mint and never had any problems with them whatsoever, I actually made a profit and when I asked to withdraw, no problem at all.

  • Damn Angry !

    I agree with Stephen Donnellan.

Mr Paul James lost $900 in 24 secs.
It is obviously an insensible, unprofessional trading judgement !!!

Now they are not allowing me to withdraw my balance.

    Stay away from them !!!

  • Stephen Donnellan

I have had no problem with Big Option in withdrawing funds because, guess what? Thanks to Jerry Gallo and his ‘student traders’, I have no funds to withdraw, unless you count $79 from a $3000 account. All gone in less than two weeks.
Jerry Gallo wanted me to upgrade my account to $10, 000 so he could trade with it and of course make me lots of money.
When I declined before going on holidays, he said two of his students that he had trained would trade on my account and would double it whatever by time I returned.
I got back 12 days later to find ‘urgent re your account’ on voice mail.
My account was exhausted, but guess what, good old friendly Jerry had an excellent solution, yes, you guessed it, just put more money into the account , ‘get back on the horse’, and let Jerry trade on it! Problem solved!
Since an email to Jerry saying I would never, ever give him any more money, no word from him. No offers to help recover my money, (which he said would try to do, before I was told only $79 remained).
Stay away from Big Option. Stay away from good ole friendly Jerry Gallo!

    • jen

There seems to be quite a few stories of rogue trading by bigoption staff – I wanted to try a new automated service and the seller has them on their recommended broker link. I ma surprised as all I’ve red if either rogue traders allocated to peoples accounts or problems with people not being able to withdraw funds. I approached them on live chat this evening to ask about their withdrawal process and was sent the link below: (just seems more trouble than its worth. Very surprised that a so-called decent trader would be using such a company?)

Withdrawals will be charged a transaction fee of the following:
50.00 USD/GBP/EURO for wire transfers; 25.00 USD/GBP/EURO for credit cards plus a processing fee of 10.00 USD/7.00 EUR/5.00 GBP; 25.00 USD/GBP/EURO for ePayments. A levy of 10% of the withdrawal amount will be charged to any withdrawal from an account that has not executed more than 200 in turnover and/or from accounts that have not been verified.

BigOption is scam outfit. I deposited money into an account but eventually decided not to make any trades with them because they wouldn’t stop pestering me. When I tried to close the account, they kept canceling my withdraw request time after time saying they couldn’t reach me by email or phone. On the contrary, I had several emails with them and had talked extensively with my account manager. After several unsuccessful tries, they finally agreed to close the account and honor my withdraw request but guess what, they decide to keep a chunk of my initial deposit. On the website, they show that they refunded the full $300 but they really only refunded $235. WARNING: DON’T GET INVOLVED WITH THESE LOWLIFE SCAMMERS OR YOU”LL REGRET IT!

I am having the exact same issue with them and they have not honored my withdraw request yet. I’ve submitted a withdraw multiple times, spoke with the expert trader and they have continued to cancel my request for a withdrawal. I will continue to try but have had no luck so far. I would not recommend Big Option to anyone.

BIG OPTION is a BIG RIPOFF

I deposited money with BIG OPTIONS and noticed the funds( a few thousand dollars) sat in my account for 14 days. I E mailed the Broker a few times and asked why my account had not been traded , no response ,then on the 15th day I sent him an Email requesting my account be closed and my funds returned. no trades had been made in my account. I had specific written instructions as to the amount he could use for each trade. Another person called me and said he was no longer available to speak with me that he was transferred from the UK to Europe. I asked for my funds to be returned and he said that he was the floor manager and had put all my money on a single trade. I reminded him about the paperwork that I signed that did not allow that. He said don’t waste my time and hung up. When I went back on the site to look at my account balance which an hour before showed the exact amount I had originally deposited. I was unable to look at my account. My Password no longer worked. BIG OPTION is a BIG RIPOFF ..I have tried to contact but they no longer answer my calls.

I had good and bad results with big option, but whenever I had words with my broker Jerry Gallo, I lost a lot of money. He made me first 60000 euro out of 20000, but when I wanted tot cash in, I want from bad to worse. Just after our last conversation, he cleaned out my account on trades I told him not to use (eventhough I had changed my password on hte account, so paswords don’t mean squat to them). Because of the initial succes I was unsure if it was a scam, I would have been sure it was not when I was able to cash out my initial amount, but I was never able to do so. There top noch costum care is to my opinion linked to the traders directly because every mail to them never give me solutions (I got mails where they give a short answer, that I contacted them and that clearly was not an automated mail).
So please put big option on the blacklist as a major “hidden” scammer”

          Apparently my trader went beserk,
I have someone who is recovering the damage for me and they are conducting a formal investigation to my trader.
For the moment my account is growing again, they are really doing effort. So I might have been wrong. confidence is growing, but will only be fully restored when my initial money is back on the bank and the trade can continue with the money I have gained from trading.

Hi there, can I know who you spoke to to get some help with the accounts and traders at BigOption. Thanks.

I have been trading with Bosscapital and was pressured into depositing more money to get my initial deposit out. In only two months I have LOST $30,000 NZ.
They now have me tied up in using bonus money. I haven’t won a trade in weeks. I’m so ashamed as to how I have been scammed. Can you please tell me who is helping you get your money back. Boss Capital are very good at scamming. I have just put it in the hands of my bank but I’m not hopeful.

I got an email. I was curious and opened it, it was from this site named slimming free money systems. Now, usually I know better than than to ever bother with emails that has the words free and money. I read I it. I had. 2 choices between 4 Markets Binary and this other company. Ok the only reason I joined was because they had a promo stating they would match deposit for deposit the min. $250 and max $500. I opened with the minimum I tjought they would add it to my account when I opened my account but they didn’t so after I lost my money well they wouldn’t honor their promo. I sent email saying after email of when I they would add it the money to my account. Still haven’t got it.

i got contacted by a BDB broker, and he told me he coud help me earn a profit , on there webpage.
i put in 11k in total, and they advices all from me. over a period of 4 months.
i complained and told them to do a proper job , multiple times.
but the bad trades just kept coming.
    they don’t advice bankroll management,
and they cant read the market , provide profitable results.
this also includes BDB’s vip trader.

link to youtube video, were you can see some of my conversations with the brokers. : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KSpyuAE32sI

when you call them and complain , they refere you to this mail address :
    complaints@bbinary.com
when you write to it they never replay to you.

when i lost all my money , they referred me to a woman that was gonna help with my Issue about BDB, but we never got to a proper solution, since they don’t do refunds.

i will not recommend this broker, since there own traders don’t even know how to do binary options.

    • Stan

BdB profits when the traders lose. Having brokers, managers and analysts who lose most of the trades is very profitable for most binary sites, including BdB. Anyone (website) who refers people to BdB gets paid $500, for each person, even if they only deposit $250 – it then becomes their salespeople’s job to get the account raised to $1,000, $5,000, $15,000, $50,000, etc. etc. If you lose everything, it all goes into their pockets.

I don’t see 24 Options .com in your reviews it should be, they are a Fraud, scam. Based out of Syria what does that tell you right a way should have listened to my intuitions .

  • Andrew Seville

Jakelin, you sound like you work for one of these brokers. Your English is on par with many of their support teams, that’s for sure! With that broken English, I’d say you work for LBinary?

  • Sean Erickson

Empire Option is a joke. Read a little deeper into their Terms and Conditions. They make it next to impossible to get your own money out without satisfying a volume requirement. Not the bonus money, your OWN money. http://www.topbinaryoptionsbroker.com/top-binary-brokers/empire-option/

I’ve traded with some of the mentioned brokers here and I never seem to have experienced any problems with them. I’ve also relied on many online reviews. Like for example, reading this ioption review site ioptionsreview.com was my basis for signing up to this broker.
